All the source-to-sink paths of H can be ordered “left to right” by applying a depth-first traversal, which expands all the paths from ν 0 to ν m [Liu 89]. The paths are exhausted so any two successively issued paths δ′ and δ″ are constructed as follows: both paths emanate from ν 0 and share the same arcs up to ν r , where they split into two subpaths, ρ′ ⊂ δ′ and ρ″ ⊂ δ″, extending between ν r and ν s . At ν s , δ′ and δ″ merge again up to ν m , as illustrated in Fig. 7.7. The physical interpretation of ρ′ and ρ″ is of the left- and right-side stacked capacitors shown in Fig. 7.6.
